Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 2tk10 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming and betting services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the 2tk10 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the 2tk10 Platform.

2tk10 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the 2tk10 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement and applies to all users regardless of their location within Bangladesh.
• You are accessing the Platform from Bangladesh or from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person and are registering the account solely for your own personal use.
• You have not previously been excluded from any gambling platform, including 2tk10, whether voluntarily or as a result of a breach of terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not using funds that are derived from unlawful activities or that belong to a third party without their knowledge and consent.

2Account Registration and Verification

To access the full features of the 2tk10 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following rules apply to all 2tk10 accounts:

• Each user may hold only one 2tk10 account. If duplicate accounts are detected, 2tk10 reserves the right to close all related accounts, void all pending bets, and retain any bonus funds credited to those accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2tk10 account credentials, including your password. Any activity conducted under your account is your sole responsibility. 2tk10 will never ask for your password via SMS, phone call, or any messaging application.
• 2tk10 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal request. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• 2tk10 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time and for any account, including accounts that have previously been verified. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

2tk10 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your 2tk10 account or any credits, winnings, or bonuses associated with it to any third party.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 2tk10 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 2tk10 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 2tk10, though individual payment providers may impose their own daily transaction limits.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. First-time withdrawal requests from accounts that have not yet completed KYC will be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• 2tk10 targets a processing time of approximately 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals for fully verified accounts. This target is not guaranteed and may be subject to delays during periods of high volume or technical maintenance.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit (same-source rule). 2tk10 may require additional verification if the withdrawal source differs from the deposit source.
• Any withdrawal request that 2tk10 has reasonable grounds to suspect is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms may be suspended pending investigation. 2tk10 reserves the right to withhold funds associated with suspected fraudulent activity.
• 2tk10 does not charge processing fees on standard bKash or Nagad withdrawals. Any fees charged by the payment provider itself are outside 2tk10's control and are the player's responsibility.

All deposits made to a 2tk10 account must be spent on gaming activity before a withdrawal of the deposited funds is permitted. Depositing and immediately withdrawing the same amount without any gaming activity (a practice known as money cycling) is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4Bonuses and Promotions

2tk10 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual offers:

• Bonuses are credited to your 2tk10 account balance subject to meeting all eligibility criteria stated in the offer terms. 2tk10 reserves the right to decline any bonus to any player at its absolute discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus offer is stated in that offer's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be used for gaming activity on the 2tk10 Platform. Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used as stake in any transaction outside the Platform.
• 2tk10 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses that have been obtained through abuse, exploitation, or in breach of these Terms will be voided.
• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players and may not be claimed more than once per household, device, IP address, or payment method. 2tk10 actively monitors for bonus abuse and will take enforcement action where abuse is detected.

5Responsible Gaming

2tk10 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. As a condition of using the 2tk10 Platform, all users agree to the following:

• You acknowledge that gambling involves the risk of financial loss and that no outcome is guaranteed. You accept that you may lose all funds deposited into your 2tk10 account and that 2tk10 is not responsible for any financial harm resulting from your gaming activity.
• If at any time you feel that your gambling behaviour is causing distress, financial harm, or is becoming uncontrollable, you must immediately stop playing and contact 2tk10 support to request a voluntary self-exclusion or account suspension.
• 2tk10 complies with all reasonable requests for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure submitted by registered users. Self-exclusion requests may be submitted by contacting 2tk10 support at the official email address displayed on the Platform.
• 2tk10 prohibits the use of the Platform by any individual who is under any form of legally mandated gambling prohibition or exclusion order. If you are subject to such an order, you must not access or use the 2tk10 Platform.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2tk10 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all pending and settled bets voided, and all account balances forfeited without recourse:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 2tk10 Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, match fixing, or any activity designed to manipulate the outcome of any bet or game.
• Opening multiple accounts, including accounts opened in another person's name, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing any restriction applied to an existing account.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to engage in any financial transaction that is prohibited under Bangladeshi law or international anti-money laundering regulations.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 2tk10 staff or other players through any communication channel, including support chat, email, or any social media platform.

2tk10 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies where required by law. Any account suspected of involvement in criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and all associated funds will be frozen pending investigation.

7Intellectual Property

All content available on the 2tk10 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of 2tk10 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 2tk10 name, brand mark, and all associated logos are trademarks of 2tk10. Unauthorised use of any 2tk10 trademark is strictly prohibited.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the 2tk10 Platform without the prior written consent of 2tk10. Scraping, data mining, or systematically extracting data from the 2tk10 Platform by automated means is expressly prohibited.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2tk10 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the 2tk10 Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to access the 2tk10 Platform, even if 2tk10 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the 2tk10 Platform or any feature thereof, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, regulatory action, or any other reason within or outside 2tk10's control.
• Gaming losses sustained through normal use of the 2tk10 Platform. All gaming outcomes are final once confirmed by the Platform's system, subject to the dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

9Privacy and Data Protection

2tk10 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with 2tk10, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the full Privacy Policy at any time via the link in the footer of the 2tk10 Platform.

2tk10 uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Account credentials are stored in encrypted form. 2tk10 will never sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers that assist in operating the Platform (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers) solely to the extent necessary to deliver those services.

10Amendments to These Terms

2tk10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the 2tk10 Platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety.

If 2tk10 makes any material changes to these Terms that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a user of the Platform, 2tk10 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the contact information held on their account. However, the absence of a direct notification does not relieve you of the obligation to review and comply with the current Terms at the time of use.
